Your bill
Business customers can expect to receive an account from us three times a year.
Your bill may include separate charges for the following:
- Water volume
- Water access
- Sewage volume
- Sewerage access
- Trade waste
- Fire services
Other charges may sometimes apply, such as a special meter reading fee or the Melbourne waterways charge.
If you have eligible rebates for purchasing waterwise products, these will appear as credits on your bill.
